I am animating a cartoon about a character who goes to Washington, DC. Only to be met by many trials and tribulations.
I am looking for anyone who would wish to voice act in said cartoon, the movie will probably be done by end of year. No specific time goal. This is my first animation project and i'll be experimenting with some new ideas.
